1 Timothy 1:2
To Timothy, [my] own son in the faith, "Grace, mercy, [and] peace, from God our Father and Jesus, the Messiah, our lord.
1 Timothy 1:3
As I besought you to abide still at Ephesus, when I went into Macedonia, that you might charge some that they teach no other doctrine,

Neither give heed to fables and endless genealogies, which minister questions, rather than Godly edifying which is in faith, [so do].
1 Timothy 1:5
Now the end of the commandment is charity out of a pure heart, and [of] a good conscience, and [of] faith unfeigned.
1 Timothy 1:6
From which, some having swerved, have turned aside to vain talk;
1 Timothy 1:7
Desiring to be teachers of the law; understanding neither what they say, nor about what they affirm.
1 Timothy 1:8
But we know that the law [is] good, if a man use it lawfully;
1 Timothy 1:9
Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers,
1 Timothy 1:10
For whoremongers, for those who defile themselves with mankind, for menstealers, for liars, for perjured persons, and if there is any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine;
1 Timothy 1:11
According to the glorious Gospel of the blessed God, which was committed to my trust.
1 Timothy 1:12
And I thank the Messiah, Jesus our lord, who has enabled me, for that he counted me faithful, putting me into the ministry;
1 Timothy 1:13
Who was before a blasphemer, and a persecutor, and injurious, but I obtained mercy, because I did [it] ignorantly in unbelief.
1 Timothy 1:14
And the grace of our lord was exceedingly abundant with faith and love which is in the Messiah Jesus.
1 Timothy 1:15
This [is] a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that the Messiah Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief.
1 Timothy 1:16
Howbeit for this cause I obtained mercy, that in me first Jesus, the Messiah, might show forth all longsuffering, for a pattern to those who should hereafter believe on him to life everlasting.
1 Timothy 1:17
Now to the King Eternal, Immortal, *Book of Enoch 5:1, *Deuteronomy 32:40, *Tobit 13:1, *Daniel 4:34, *Sirach 18:1, *25:58 Invisible, *Deuteronomy 4:12, *Deuteronomy 4:15, *Job 9:11, *6:103 the Only Wise God, [is] honor and glory forever and ever. Amen.
1 Timothy 1:18
This charge I commit to you, son Timothy, according to the prophecies which went before on you, that you by them might war a good warfare;

Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.
1 Timothy 2:7
Whereto I am ordained a preacher, and an apostle, (I speak the truth in the Messiah, [and] do not lie) a teacher of the Gentiles in faith and verity.
1 Timothy 2:8
I will therefore that men pray everywhere, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting.
1 Timothy 2:9
In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in orderly apparel, with modesty and soundness; not with braided hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array;
1 Timothy 2:10
But (who become women professing godliness) with good works.
1 Timothy 2:11
Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection.
1 Timothy 2:12
But I do not allow a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.
1 Timothy 2:13
For Adam was first formed, then Eve.
1 Timothy 2:14
And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.
1 Timothy 2:15
Notwithstanding she will be saved in childbearing, if they continue in faith and charity and holiness with sobriety.
1 Timothy 3:1
This [is] a true saying, 'If a man desires the office of a bishop, he desires a good work.'
1 Timothy 3:2
A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, vigilant, sober, of good behavior, given to hospitality, apt to teach;
1 Timothy 3:3
Not given to wine, not a striker, not greedy of filthy lucre; but patient, not a brawler, not covetous;
1 Timothy 3:4
One who rules his own house well, having his children in subjection with all gravity;
1 Timothy 3:5
For if a man does not know how to rule his own house, how will he take care of the church of God?
1 Timothy 3:6
Not a novice, unless being lifted up with pride he falls into the condemnation of the devil.
1 Timothy 3:7
Moreover he must have a good report of those who are without; unless he falls into reproach and the snare of the devil.
1 Timothy 3:8
Likewise [must] the deacons [be] grave, not double-tongued, not given to much wine, not greedy of filthy lucre;
1 Timothy 3:9
Holding the mystery of the faith in a pure conscience.
1 Timothy 3:10
And let these also first be proved; then let them use the office of a deacon, being [found] blameless.
1 Timothy 3:11
Even so [must their] wives [be] grave, not slanderers, sober, faithful in all things.
1 Timothy 3:12
Let the deacons be the husbands of one wife, ruling their children and their own houses well.
1 Timothy 3:13
For those who have used the office of a deacon well purchase to themselves a good degree, and great boldness in the faith which is in the Messiah Jesus.
1 Timothy 3:14
These things write I to you, hoping to come to you shortly.
1 Timothy 3:15
But if I delay long, that you may know how you must behave yourself in the House of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth.
1 Timothy 3:16
And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness, God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached to the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.
1 Timothy 4:1
Now the Spirit speaks expressly, that in the latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;
1 Timothy 4:2
Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;
1 Timothy 4:3
Forbidding to marry, [and commanding] to abstain from meats, which God has created to be received with thanksgiving of those who believe and know the truth.
1 Timothy 4:4
For every creature of God [is] good, and nothing to be refused, if it is received with thanksgiving.
1 Timothy 4:5
For it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer.
1 Timothy 4:6
If you put the brethren in remembrance of these things, you will be a good minister of Jesus, the Messiah, nourished up in the words of faith and of good doctrine, whereto you have attained.
1 Timothy 4:7
But refuse profane and old wives' fables, and exercise yourself [rather] to godliness.
1 Timothy 4:8
For bodily exercise profits little, but godliness is profitable to all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.
1 Timothy 4:9
This [is] a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptation.
1 Timothy 4:10
For therefore we both labor and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Savior of all mankind, *Wisdom of Solomon 16:7 especially of those who believe. *2:257

These things command and teach.
1 Timothy 4:12
Let no man despise your youth; but be an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.
1 Timothy 4:13
Till I come, give attendance to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine.
1 Timothy 4:14
Do not neglect the gift that is in you, which was given to you by prophecy, with the laying on of the hands of the presbytery.
1 Timothy 4:15
Meditate upon these things; give yourself wholly to them; that your profiting may appear to all.
1 Timothy 4:16
Take heed to yourself, and to the doctrine; continue in them, for in doing this you will both save yourself, and those who hear you.
1 Timothy 5:1
Do not rebuke an elder, but entreat [him] as a father; [and] the younger men as brethren;
1 Timothy 5:2
The elder women as mothers; the younger as sisters, with all purity.
1 Timothy 5:3
Honor widows who are widows indeed.
1 Timothy 5:4
But if any widow have children or nephews, let them learn first to show piety at home, and to requite their parents, for that is good and acceptable before God.
1 Timothy 5:5
Now she who is a widow indeed, and desolate, trusts in God, and continues in supplications and prayers night and day.
1 Timothy 5:6
But she who lives in pleasure is dead while she lives.
1 Timothy 5:7
And these things give in charge, that they may be blameless.
1 Timothy 5:8
But if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he has denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel.
1 Timothy 5:9
Do not let a widow be laid down under sixty years old, having been the wife of one man,
1 Timothy 5:10
Well reported of for good works; if she has brought up children, if she has lodged strangers, if she has washed the saints' feet, if she has relieved the afflicted, if she has diligently followed every good work.
1 Timothy 5:11
But refuse the younger widows, for when they have begun to become voluptuous against the Messiah, they will marry;
1 Timothy 5:12
Having damnation, because they have cast off their first faith.
1 Timothy 5:13
And simultaneously they learn [to be] idle, wandering about from house to house; and not only idle, but tattlers also and busybodies, speaking things which they must not.
1 Timothy 5:14
I will therefore that the younger women marry, bear children, guide the house, give no occasion to the adversary to speak reproachfully.
1 Timothy 5:15
For some have already turned aside after Satan.
1 Timothy 5:16
If any man or woman who believes has widows, let them relieve them, and do not let the church be charged; that it may relieve those who are widows indeed.
1 Timothy 5:17
Let the elders who rule well be counted worthy of double honor, especially those who labor in the word and doctrine.
1 Timothy 5:18
For the Scripture says, 'You will not muzzle the ox that treads out the corn.' *Matthew 10:10, *Luke 10:7
1 Timothy 5:19
Against an elder do not receive an accusation, but before two or three witnesses.
1 Timothy 5:20
Those who sin rebuke before all, that others may also fear.
1 Timothy 5:21
I charge [you] before God, and the lord Jesus, the Messiah, and the elect angels, that you observe these things without preferring one before another, doing nothing by partiality.
1 Timothy 5:22
Lay hands suddenly on no man, neither be partakers of other men's sins, keep yourself pure.
1 Timothy 5:23
Drink no longer water, but use a little wine for your stomach's sake and your often infirmities.
1 Timothy 5:24
Some men's sins are open beforehand, going before to judgment; and some [men] they follow after.
1 Timothy 5:25
Likewise also the good works [of some] are manifest beforehand; and those that are otherwise cannot be hidden.
1 Timothy 6:1
Let as many servants as are under the yoke count their own owners worthy of all honor, that the name of God and [His] doctrine are not blasphemed.
1 Timothy 6:2
And those who have believing owners, let them not despise [them], because they are brethren; but rather do [them] service, because they are faithful and beloved, partakers of the benefit. These things teach and exhort.
1 Timothy 6:3
If any man teaches otherwise, and does not consent to wholesome words, [even] the words of our lord Jesus, the Messiah, and to the doctrine which is according to godliness;
1 Timothy 6:4
He is proud, knowing nothing, but being sick about questions and strifes of words, whereof comes envy, strife, railings, evil surmisings,
1 Timothy 6:5
Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness, from such, withdraw yourself.
1 Timothy 6:6
But godliness with contentment is great gain.
1 Timothy 6:7
For we brought nothing into [this] world, [and it is] certain we can carry nothing out.
1 Timothy 6:8
And having food and raiment let us be therewith content.
1 Timothy 6:9
But those who will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and [into] many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition.
1 Timothy 6:10
For the love of money is the root of all evil, which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
1 Timothy 6:11
But you, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, Godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.
1 Timothy 6:12
Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereto you are also called, and have professed a good profession before many witnesses.
1 Timothy 6:13
I give you charge in the sight of God, who quickens all things, and [before] the Messiah Jesus, who before Pontius Pilate witnessed a good confession;
1 Timothy 6:14
That you keep [this] commandment without spot, unrebukeable, until the appearing of our lord Jesus, the Messiah.
1 Timothy 6:15
Which in His times He will show, [who is] the blessed and only Mighty, the King of kings, and Lord of lords;
1 Timothy 6:16
Who only has immortality, *Book of Enoch 5:1, *Deuteronomy 32:40, *Tobit 13:1, *Daniel 4:34, *Sirach 18:1, *25:58 dwelling in the light which no man can approach to; whom no man has seen, nor can see, *Deuteronomy 4:12, *Deuteronomy 4:15, *Job 9:11, *6:103 to whom [is] honor and power everlasting. Amen.
1 Timothy 6:17
Charge those who are rich in this world, that they do not be high-minded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who gives us richly all things to enjoy;
1 Timothy 6:18
That they do good, that they be rich in good works, ready to distribute, willing to communicate;
1 Timothy 6:19
Laying up in store for themselves a good foundation against the time to come, that they may lay hold on eternal life.
1 Timothy 6:20
O Timothy, keep that which is committed to your trust, avoiding profane [and] vain babblings, and oppositions of science falsely so called.
