Isaiah 36:8
Now therefore, please give pledges to my master, the king of Assyria, and I will give you two thousand horses, if you are able on your part to set riders upon them.

Isaiah 36:16
Do not listen to Hezekiah, for thus the king of Assyria says, 'Make [an agreement] with me [by] a present, and come out to me and eat, everyone of his vine, and everyone of his fig tree, and drink, everyone, the waters of his own cistern;

Until I come and take away to a land like your own land, a land of corn and wine, a land of bread and vineyards.'

It may be the Lord your God will hear the words of Rabshakeh, whom the king of Assyria, his master, has sent to reproach the living God, and will reprove the words which the Lord your God has heard, therefore lift up [your] prayer for the remnant that is left.'"

Isaiah 37:5
So the servants of king Hezekiah came to Isaiah.

And Isaiah said to them, "Thus you will say to your master, 'Thus the Lord says, 'Do not be afraid of the words that you have heard, whereby the servants of the king of Assyria have blasphemed Me.
