So This Qur'an is a Reminder, for those who Fear God are Promised Virgins of Equal Age as a Reward in Paradise [Not 6 - 9 Year Old Children]
For the Age of Marriage is When you Perceive Sound Judgement in them and when they Reach Maturity
38:49 - 53, Qur'an
[So] this [Qur'an] is a reminder. For there is a good place of return for those who fear [God] - Gardens of Eden, whose gates will be opened to them. Reclining within them, they will call for abundant fruit and drink therein. And companions of modest gaze and of equal age will be with them. This is what you are promised for the Day of Account.
56:35 - 38, Qur'an
[For] indeed, God has produced the women in a [new] creation, and made them virgins, devoted and of equal age, for the companions of the right.

The Prophet (ﷺ) married her when she was 6 years old… - Sahih al-Bukhari[But] it was [also] narrated from 'Aishah:
The Messenger of Allah married her when she was 9… - Sunan an-Nasa'i[But] 'A'isha [also] reported that:
Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) married her when she was 7 years old, and she was taken to his house as a bride when she was nine, and her dolls were with her… - Sahih Muslim
