The Day of Separation is an Appointed Time - the People will be Separated on the Right and on the Left so that God may Separate the Wicked from the Good

If he was Among the Companions of the Right, then he will be Among the Companions of Paradise; but the Companions of the Left will be in the Hellfire

78:17 - 18, Qur'an
Indeed, the Day of Separation is an appointed time -
the Day the Trumpet is blown and you will come forth in multitudes -

Matthew 25:32 - 33, Gospel
And all nations will be gathered before [the Caller], and he will separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides [his] sheep from the goats.
And he will set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.

99:6, Qur'an
[For] that Day, the people will depart separated to be shown their deeds.

56:8 - 9, Qur'an
Then the companions of the right, what are the companions of the right?
And the companions of the left, what are the companions of the left?

56:90 - 91, Qur'an
If he was among the companions of the right,
then peace for you from the companions of the right."

46:14, Qur'an
[For] those are the companions of the Garden [of Paradise], abiding eternally therein as a reward for what they used to do.

56:41 - 42, Qur'an
[But] the companions of the left - what are the companions of the left?
[They will be] in scorching fire and scalding water.

37:21, Qur'an
[They will be told], "This is the Day of Separation which you used to deny."

30:14, Qur'an
[And thus,] the Day the Hour is established - they will become separated that Day -

8:37, Qur'an
[This is] so that God may separate the wicked from the good, and place the wicked, some of them upon others, and heap them all together and put them into Gehenna [Hellfire]. It is those who are in loss.

Sections of Two Ways

The Companions of the Right are those who Give Food to the Needy, and who have Believed and Advised One Another to Compassion

So as for he who is Given his Record in his Right Hand, he will be Among the Companions of the Garden, their Reward will be with their Lord

56:27, Qur'an
The companions of the right - what are the companions of the right?

90:13 - 18, Qur'an
It is the freeing of a slave,
or feeding on a day of severe hunger - an orphan of near relationship or a needy person in misery.  And then being among those who believed and advised one another to patience and advised one another to compassion.  Those are the companions of the right.

46:16, Qur'an
Those are the ones whom We will accept the best of what they did and overlook their misdeeds, [their being] among the companions of the Garden. [That is] the promise of truth which they had been promised -

17:71, Qur'an
[It will be on] the Day [when] We will call forth every people with their leader.  [Whereby] whoever is given his record in his right hand - those will read their records, and injustice will not be done to them, [even] as much as a thread [inside a date seed].

69:19  - 21, Qur'an
So as for he who is given his record in his right hand, he will say, "Here, read my record!
Indeed, I was certain that I would be meeting my account."  So he will be in a pleasant life -

Matthew 25:34, Gospel
[For] the king will say to those on his right hand, "Come, you blessed of my father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world; for I was hungered, and you gave me meat; I was thirsty and you gave me drink; I was a stranger and you took me in."

Matthew 25:37, Gospel
Then the righteous will answer him, saying, "Master, when did we see you hungry, and feed [you]?  Or thirsty, and gave [you] drink?"

Matthew 25:40, Gospel
And the king will answer and say to them, "Verily I say to you, inasmuch as you have done [it] to one of the least of these my brothers, you have done [it] to me."

76:8 - 12, Qur'an
[And thus,] they [are those who] give food in spite of love for it to the needy, the orphan, and the captive,
[saying], "We feed you only for the Countenance of God. We do not wish for reward or gratitude from you. Indeed, we fear an austere and distressful Day from our Lord." So God will protect them from the evil of that Day and give them radiance and happiness and will reward them for what they patiently endured [with] a Garden [in Paradise] and silk [garments].

Those who Deny Our Verses and do Not Encourage One Another to Feed the Poor, those are the Companions of the Left

So as for he who is Given his Record in his Left Hand, those will be Companions of the Fire, these will Go into Everlasting Punishment

56:41 - 46, Qur'an
And [so] the companions of the left - what are the companions of the left? -
[they will be] in scorching fire and scalding water and a shade of black smoke, neither cool nor beneficial. Indeed they were indulging in affluence before that, and they used to persist in the great violation.

56:9, Qur'an
And [so,] the companions of the left - what are the companions of the left? -

90:19 - 20, Qur'an
Those who disbelieved in Our verses - those are the companions of the left.
A Fire will be closed in over them.

Matthew 25:41 - 43, Gospel
[And thus, the king] will say also to those on the left hand, "Depart from me, you cursed into everlasting Fire, prepared for the devil and his messengers.
For I was hungry, and you gave me no meat, I was thirsty, and you gave me no drink. I was a stranger, and you did not take me in, naked, and you did not clothe me, sick, and in prison, and you did not visit me."

Matthew 25:44, Gospel
Then they will also answer him, saying, "Master, when did we see you hungry, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister to you?"

89:17 - 20, Qur'an
[But] no!  You do not honor the orphan.
You do not encourage one another to feed the poor.  And you consume inheritance, devouring [it] altogether, and you love wealth with immense love.

Matthew 25:45 - 46, Gospel
[And thus] he will answer them, saying, "Verily I say to you, inasmuch as you did not do [it] to one of the least of these, you did not do [it] to me."
[And so] these will go away into everlasting punishment -

2:81, Qur'an
[For] yes, whoever earns evil and his sin has encompassed him - those are the companions of the Fire; they will abide therein eternally.

69:25 - 29, Qur'an
[And thus,] as for he who is given his record in his left hand, he will say, "Oh, I wish I had not been given my record
and had not known what my account is.  I wish my death had been the decisive one.  My wealth has not availed me.  My authority is gone from me.

The Book of the Righteous is in 'Illiyyun - it is a Written Book of Remembrance for those who Feared the Lord

But whoever was Not found Written in that Book of Life was Cast into the Fire, so Woe to the Deniers that Day, for the Book of the Wicked is in Sijjeen

Exodus 32:33, Torah
[Remember that] the Lord said to Moses, "Whoever has sinned against Me, I will blot him out of My Book [of Life].

[Book of Jubilees 30:31], Torah
[For] if they transgress and work uncleanness in every way, they will be recorded as adversaries on the heavenly tables, and they will be destroyed out of the Book of Life, and they will be recorded in the Book of those who will be destroyed and with those who will be rooted out of the earth."

38:28, Qur'an
Or should We treat those who believe and do righteous deeds like corrupters in the land?  Or should We treat those who fear [God] like the wicked?

83:7 - 10, Qur'an
No!  Indeed, the Book of the wicked is in sijjeen [imprisonment].
And what can make you know what sijjeen [imprisonment] is?  It is a written Book.  Woe to the deniers that Day -

Psalms 69:27 - 28, Torah
Add iniquity to their iniquity, and do not let them come into Your righteousness.
Let them be blotted out of the Book of the Living, and not be written with the righteous.

Revelation 20:15, Gospel
And [so] whoever was not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of Fire.

Malachi 3:16, Torah
[But] those who feared the Lord spoke often to one another, and the Lord listened, and heard [it], and a Book of remembrance was written before Him for those who feared the Lord, and who thought upon His name -

[Shepherd of Hermas 51:9], Gospel
[For] he then who does these things will not be abandoned by God, but will be written in the Books of the Living.

83:18 - 24, Qur'an
[So] indeed, the Book of the righteous is in 'illiyyun [highest].
And what can make you know what 'illiyyun [highest] is?  It is a written Book which is witnessed by those brought near [to God].  Indeed, the righteous will be in pleasure on adorned couches, observing.  You will recognize the radiance of pleasure in their faces.

Every Sin is Written Down in a Clear Book, for Our Messengers are with them Recording

So on the Day of Judgement, the Record of Deeds will be Placed Open, and you will See the Criminals Fearful of that Within it

43:80, Qur'an
Do they think that We do not hear their secrets and their private conversations? Yes, [We do], and Our messengers are with them recording.

82:10 - 12, Qur'an
[For] indeed, keepers are [appointed] over you,
noble and recording; they know whatever you do -

50:17 - 21, Qur'an
When the two receivers receive, seated on the right and on the left.
Man does not utter any word except that an observer is with him prepared [to record]. And the intoxication of death will bring the truth; that is what you were trying to avoid. And the Trumpet will be blown. That is the Day of [carrying out] the Threat. And every soul will come with a driver and a witness.

50:23, Qur'an
And his companion, [the angel], will say, "This [record] is what is prepared with me."

17:14, Qur'an
[It will be said], "Read your record.  You are sufficient as an accountant against yourself this Day."

45:28 - 29, Qur'an
And [thus] you will see every nation kneeling [from fear]. Every nation will be called to its record [and told], "Today you will be recompensed for what you used to do.
This, Our record, speaks about you in truth. Indeed, We were having transcribed whatever you used to do."

18:49, Qur'an
And [so] the record [of deeds] will be delivered, and you will see the criminals fearful of that within it, and they will say, "Oh, woe to us! What is this book that leaves nothing small or great except that it has enumerated it?" And they will find what they did present [before them]. And your Lord does injustice to no one.

34:3, Qur'an
But those who disbelieve say, "The Hour will not come to us."  Say, "Yes, by my Lord, it will surely come to you.  [God is] the Knower of the unseen."  Not [even] an atom's weight within the heavens or within the earth is absent from Him, nor [what is] smaller than that or greater, except that it is in a clear Book -

[Book of Enoch 98:6 - 8], Torah
[And thus] I swear to you, you sinners, by the Holy and Great One, that all your evil deeds are revealed in heaven and that your wrongdoing is not covered or hidden.
And do not think in your spirit or say in your heart, that you do not know, or do not see, every sin is written down every day in heaven in front of the Most High.  From now on, you know that all your wrongdoing that you do will be written down every day until the Day of your Judgement -

58:6, Qur'an
The Day when God will resurrect them all and inform them of what they did. God had enumerated it, while they forgot it; and God is Witness over all things.

How will it be When We Bring you, O Muhammad, as a Witness Over your Own Nation? For the Messenger has Said, "My People have Taken the Qur'an as a Thing Abandoned"

[For they say in the Hadiths that] Abu Sa`id narrated:

Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said… "I and my followers will stand as witnesses for [Noah on the Day of Resurrection] (that he conveyed Allah's Message)." That is, (the interpretation) of the Statement of Allah: "Thus we have made you a just and the best nation that you might be witnesses Over mankind .." (2.143) - Sahih al-Bukhari

But that was a Nation which has Passed on, and you were Not Among the Witnesses to that, so you will Not be Asked About what they used to do

16:89, Qur'an
[So warn of] the Day when We will resurrect a witness among every nation over them from themselves.  And We will bring you [O Muhammad], as a witness over your [own] nation.  And We have sent the [Qur'an] down to you as clarification for all things and as guidance and mercy and good news for those in submission [to Allah].

25:30, Qur'an
[But] the messenger has said, "O my Lord, indeed my people have taken this Qur'an as [a thing] abandoned."

4:41 - 42, Qur'an
So how [will it be] when We bring a witness from every nation and We bring you, [O Muhammad], against these [people] as a witness?
That Day, those who disbelieved and disobeyed the messenger will wish they could be covered by the earth.  And they will not conceal a [single] hadith [statement] from Allah -

[For they believe in this Hadith, that says] Abu Sa`id Al-Khudri Narrated:

Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Noah will be brought (before Allah) on the Day of Resurrection, and will be asked, 'Did you convey the message of Allah?" He will reply, 'Yes, O Lord.' And then Noah's nation will be asked, 'Did he (Noah) convey Allah's message to you?' They will reply, 'No warner came to us.' Then Noah will be asked, 'Who are your witnesses?' He will reply. '(My witnesses are) Muhammad and his followers.' Thereupon you (Muslims) will be brought and you will bear witness." Then the Prophet (ﷺ) recited: 'And thus We have made of you (Muslims) a just and the best nation, that you might be witness over the nations, and the Apostle a witness over you.' (2.143) - Sahih al-Bukhari

2:141, Qur'an
[But] that was a nation which has passed on. It will have what it earned, and you will have what you have earned. And you will not be asked about what they used to do.

28:44, Qur'an
And you were not on the western side when We revealed the Commandments to Moses, and you were not among the witnesses [to that].

2:133 - 134, Qur'an
Or were you witnesses when death approached Jacob, when he said to his sons, "What will you serve after me?" They said, "We will serve your God and the God of your fathers, Abraham and Ishmael and Isaac - one God. And we are in submission to Him."
That was a nation which has passed on. It will have what it earned, and you will have what you have earned. And you will not be asked about what they used to do.

34:25, Qur'an
[So] say [O Muhammad], "You will not be asked about what we committed, and we will not be asked about what you do."

5:104, Qur'an
[But] when it is said to them, "Come to what Allah has sent down and to the messenger," they say, "That which we found our fathers upon [in the Hadiths] is sufficient for us." Even though their fathers knew nothing, nor were they guided?

7:51 - 52, Qur'an
[Those are the ones who] took their religion as distraction and amusement and whom the worldly life deluded. So Today We will forget them just as they forgot the meeting of this Day of theirs and for having rejected Our verses.
[For] We had certainly brought them a Book which We detailed by knowledge - as guidance and mercy to a people who believe.

43:43 - 44, Qur'an
So adhere to that which is revealed to you.  Indeed, you are on a straight path.
And indeed, it is a remembrance for you and your people, and soon you [all] are going to be questioned -

28:75, Qur'an
[For] We will extract a witness from every nation and say, "Produce your proof," and they will know that the truth belongs to Allah, and that which they used to invent will be lost from them.

Jesus will be a Witness Against them, for Many will Say to him, "Lord, Lord," but he will Say to them, "I Never Knew you, Workers of Iniquity"

So Beware of the Day When God will Question the Messengers, "O Jesus, did you Say to the People, 'Take me as a god Besides God'?" Jesus will Say, "It was Not for me to Say that which I had No Right"

4:159, Qur'an
There are none from the People of the Scripture but that he will surely believe in [Jesus] [as "Lord"] before his death.  And on the Day of Resurrection, he will be a witness against them -

Matthew 7:22 - 23, Gospel
[For Jesus said,] "Many will say to me in that Day, 'Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in your name [O Lord Jesus]?  And in your name [O Lord Jesus] we have cast out devils?  And in your name [O Lord Jesus] done many wonderful works?'
And then I will profess to them, 'I never knew you, depart from me, you who work iniquity.'"

35:14, Qur'an
[Thus] if you invoke them, they do not hear your supplication; and if they heard, they would not respond to you.  And on the Day of Resurrection, they will deny your association.  And none can inform you like [One] Aware [of all matters].

Luke 13:26 - 27, Gospel
[But] then you will begin to say, "We have eaten and drunk in your presence, and you have taught in our streets."
But [Jesus] will say, "I tell you, I do not know from where you are, depart from me, workers of iniquity."

Psalms 53:4, Torah
[So] do the workers of iniquity have no knowledge?  Who eats up my people [as] they eat bread, they have not called upon God.

28:74 - 75, Qur'an
[So warn of] the Day He will call them and say, "Where are My 'partners' which you used to claim?"
And We will extract a witness from every nation and say, "Produce your proof," and they will know that the truth [belongs] to God, and that which they used to invent [will be] lost from them.

7:6, Qur'an
[And thus,] We will surely question those to whom [a message] was sent, and We will surely question the messengers -

33:7 - 8, Qur'an
[For] We took the covenant from the prophets and from you [O Muhammad] and from Noah and Abraham and Moses and Jesus, the son of Mary; and We took a solemn covenant from them -
so that He may question the truthful about their truth. And He has prepared a painful punishment for the disbelievers.

5:116, Qur'an
[So beware the Day] when God will say, "O Jesus, Son of Mary, did you say to the people, 'Take me and my mother as gods besides God'?" He will say, "You are Exalted! It was not for me to say that which I have no right to. If I had said it, You would have known it. You know what is within myself, and I do not know what is within Yourself. Indeed, it is You who are Knower of the unseen.

5:117 - 118, Qur'an
I did not say [anything] to them except what You commanded me - to serve God, my Lord and your Lord.  And I was a witness over them as long as I was among them; but when You took my soul, You were the Observer over them, and You are Witness over all things.
If You should punish them - indeed they are Your servants; but if You forgive them - indeed it is You who are the Almighty, the Wise."

5:119, Qur'an
God will say, "This is the Day when the truthful will benefit from their truthfulness." There are Gardens for them in which rivers flow beneath them, wherein they will abide forever, God being pleased with them, and they with Him. That is the great success.

Few will be Saved, for the Gate is Strait, and the Way is Narrow which Leads to Life, and There are Few who Find it

But the Gate that Leads to Destruction is Wide, and so There are Many who Go in There, for God Said, "I will Surely Fill Hell Altogether"

32:13, Qur'an
If We had willed, We could have given every soul its guidance, but the word from Me will come true [that] "I will surely fill Hell with the jinn and mankind all together."

Matthew 7:13 - 14, Gospel
[And thus, Jesus said,] "Enter in at the strait gate, for the gate is wide, and the way is broad, that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in there,
because the gate is strait, and the way is narrow, which leads to life, and there are few who find it."

Luke 13:23, Gospel
[And so] one said to him, "Master, are there few who are saved?"

[2 Ezra 8:1], Torah
And he answered me, saying, "The Most High has made this world for many, but the world to come, for few.

[2 Ezra 8:3], Torah
[And thus,] there are many created, but few will be saved."

[2 Ezra 9:15 - 16], Torah
[And thus] I have said before, and now do speak, and will speak it also hereafter, that there are many more of those who perish, than of those who will be saved;
as a wave is greater than a drop.

12:103, Qur'an
And [so] most of the people, although you desire [it], are not believers.

43:78, Qur'an
[For] We had certainly brought you the truth, but most of you were averse to the truth.

40:59, Qur'an
[But] indeed, the Hour is coming - no doubt about it - but most of the people do not believe -

50:30, Qur'an
The Day We will say to Hell, "Have you been filled?" and it will say, "Are there some more?"

Isaiah 5:14, Torah
[And thus] Hell has enlarged herself, and opened her mouth without measure, and their glory, and their multitude, and their pomp, and he who rejoices, will descend into it -

11:119, Qur'an
Except whom your Lord has given mercy, and He created them for that.  But the word of your Lord is to be fulfilled that, "I will surely fill Hell with the jinn and mankind all together."

16:82 - 83, Qur'an
[But] if they turn away, - then there is only [the responsibility for] clear notification upon you.
They recognize the favor of God; then they deny it. And most of them are disbelievers.

We had Already Sent Warners Among the Former Peoples, but Most of them are Not Believers, Except a Few of those We Saved from Among them

And Thus, they will Not Believe, while Most of the Former Peoples had Already Strayed Before them

11:116, Qur'an
So why were those possessing what remained among the generations before you not forbidding corruption on earth - except a few of those We saved from among them?  But those who wronged pursued what luxury they were given therein, and they were criminals -

10:83, Qur'an
[For] no one believed Moses, except [some] youths among his people, for fear of Pharaoh and his establishment that they would persecute them. And indeed, Pharaoh was haughty within the land, and indeed, he was among the transgressors.

26:65 - 67, Qur'an
[So] We saved Moses and those with him, all together.
Then We drowned the others.  Indeed there is a sign in that, but most of them are not believers.

51:35 - 37, Qur'an
[And] We brought out whoever was in the cities [of Sodom and Gomorrah] of the believers.
And We did not find [any believers] except a [single] house of those in submission [to God] within them.  And We left a sign therein for those who fear the painful punishment -

26:173 - 174, Qur'an
[For] We rained a rain [of stones] upon them, and the rain of those who were warned was [indeed] evil.
Indeed there is a sign in that, but most of them are not believers.

11:40, Qur'an
[And so it was for Noah], until when Our command came and the oven overflowed, We said, "Load two of every pair upon the ark and your family, except those whom the word has preceded against, and [include] whoever has believed."  But none had believed with him, except a few.

26:119 - 121, Qur'an
So We saved him and those with him in the laden ark.
Then We drowned the remaining ones thereafter.  Indeed there is a sign in that, but most of them are not believers.

26:139, Qur'an
And they denied [Hud], so We destroyed ['Aad].  Indeed there is a sign in that, but most of them are not believers.

26:158, Qur'an
And the punishment seized [Thamud].  Indeed there is a sign in that, but most of them are not believers.

26:189 - 190, Qur'an
And they denied [Shu'ayb], so the punishment of the day of the black cloud seized [Midian].  Indeed, it was the punishment of a terrible day.
Indeed there is a sign in that, but most of them are not believers.

15:13, Qur'an
And they will not believe in it, while the precedent of the former [peoples] has already occurred -

37:72, Qur'an
[For] most of the former [peoples] had already strayed before them, and We had already sent warners among them.

21:6, Qur'an
[But] not a [single] city which We destroyed believed before them, so will they believe?
